As an avid traveler, our client wanted the ability to remotely monitor his home while traveling throughout the world. His requests included a simple, but precise, capability to remotely log into the home via any iPad or Android phone and control all lighting circuits throughout the property. Additionally, he wanted the ability to access and control all HVAC zones, pull up video surveillance from anywhere on the property, control 16 zones of distributed audio, and have a dedicated Media Room and an Enterprise grade wired and wireless network infrastructure to keep this all up and running.

- Crestron Pro3 control processor with Crestron Infinet-EX lighting controllers and thermostats.
- Sonos distributed audio system with Phase Technology speakers for interior and exterior listening enjoyment.
- Samsung LED displays throughout property.
- Pakedge Enterprise grade wired and wireless network.
- IC Realtime video sureveillance system.
- Dedicated media room consisting of Marantz 7.1 AV Processor, Bryston amplfication Phase Technology speakers and Velodyne subwoofer.
- Exterior grounds were completely redesigned with custom pool, 2 custom built Cedar arbors and firepit. Audio was taken into consideration to bring the beautiful Houston nights together with year round enjoyment of the exterior.
